Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, develop, execute and manage marketing strategy and plans including online & offline materials for future campaigns and projects.
  • Plan, manage and update social media platforms.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights; and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Liaise with clients and provide progress updates in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation such as Creative Brief, Operations Brief and Operations Budget for internal circulation to Creative and Operations department.
  • Work closely with internal Creative team on developing creative contents for all approved projects.
  • Responsible for all content and copywriting for all creative contents.
  • Be in-tune with new platforms – physical or virtual in order to maximise impact and reach.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Must be able to write and converse fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to write and converse in Mandarin language is an advantage!
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Able to multi-task, have positive attitude and able to withstand pressure
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport
