Responsibilities:
To design creative materials for our clients and future potential clients. This includes videos and all forms of artwork designs.
MUST have experience in using video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc) and highly competent in producing any artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ability to manage and meet demanding deadlines.
Ability to express ideas with powerful, conceptual ad layout capabilities.
Photography and videography skills are an added bonus.
Job Description
Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and authorities on township and strata matters
Carrying out regular inspection for township and buildings
Supervising maintenance team of M&E installation to ensure that all installation property maintained
Supervising and monitoring servicing, rectification and installation works carried by external contractor and in-house maintenance
Monitoring of slope erosion and silt control matters
Assisting in managing gated properties
To take instructions and assignments by superior from time to time as when required
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any related field
2-3 years of experience working in facilities, project management, or real estate
Strong written/oral communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills and use of Microsoft Office
